The 7-square-kilometer development of Emaar South is located between the intersection of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 site. The world-class integrated community offers 22,700 residential units within 6 subcommunities. There are several different types of property in Emaar South as the complex offers a new concept of multi-level townhomes and standard townhouses, self-contained villas, as well as apartments.
